I just wait until it works its way out of my system. There's usually nothing I can actively do to dissipate it except to wait it out until my mind has satisfactorily run through the frustrating scenario endlessly until its content again.

We all get relaxed.
Indeed.

Also going by Penn & Teller's episode on things, the best solution to anger seems to be counting to 10 and doing something unrelated to it, though of course you still need to address what actually made you angry, and sometimes immidiatly.

For instance if someone set your dog on fire you should put it out first.
That was...confusing...

Also, I have tried addressing the problem, what is making me frustrated are my thoughts caused by my OCD. It's not anything serious, but I become depressed, anxious and angry from time to time.

Anyway:

Simplified: Do something unrelated to what pisses you off. Listen to music, watch porno, run around with scissors etc.

What is your OCD?

Some peoplecut them selves for the physical pain numbs the emotional pain...in my oppinion..you can do the same thing..and it can help you..go out running, swimming...something that you can do for a long time...and not tredmill running outside running..get some fresh air in your face and run untill you get lost...then run home. run away and back....just run untill it burns to the point that you cant take it anymore...and then turn straight around and run right back home in the same path..it helps to clear the brain and that pain in your leggs..thats massive fire in your chest will show you that no matter what happens....there is worse pain..and you can break through it and end up home again and accomplish something....thats just my opinion tho...what do i know

As I've mentioned, I do other things to relieve my frustration. I listen to music, I play guitar, I kill stuff in video games.

I don't know, I'm not officially diagnosed, but several members of my family have it, and I have a large majority of the symptoms, so I can pretty much put the pieces together.

Watch this
That's the second time I've seen this tonight, and I imagine I'll see it again. In My Sleep.

OT: I don't really get rid of frustration as such, rather than smother it by trying to relax. From my experience, it tends to be a bit more healthy, and less stuff gets broken.

I get rid of it the way I do with most of my emotions. Lock 'em up in a chest, then proceed to throw the chest in a lake, and the key in a river someplace else. What's the worst that can happen? *creepy eye twitch*

Vent on ingame chat of games, if my angers game related (or make my anger game related if its not which allows me to vent), also I find reading over people posting who are in similar situations allows me to relate to someone and remove the feeling of "I'm the only one going through this shit, ahhhhh!!!!!", or just play a fun game.

And if all else fails, masturbate

Video games help a lot, a mild escape if you will. Reading for me also helps, especially if it's something thought provoking and engaging. Sex and love making also seems to relieve a lot of frustration for me. Typically I only ever get really angry at rare, rare moments. Usually when driving. So to cure that, I drive faster. o.o!

;D
If you drive too fast, however, the slower cars will get blue shells, and hammering out the dents is no fun at all.
