Nope, no duty here. We have trained professionals to exercise law and judgement, not random people - People who are probably more willing to believe emotional QQ-tales from lawyers and the like than someone who's been at it for 20 years.

Yeah, I'd know what I'd be doing if we'd have a civilian jury in this country. I'm glad we don't. It's the breeding ground of the seedy lawyer, the musical Chicago is such a nice parody of the whole jury spiel.
