Roasted nut mix is my usual go-to, if you like any kind of sweets with various nut flavours then this is really a very small step in taste.
Obviously avoid the salted or sweetened variety, they will actually make things worse.
Ignore the experts and the naysayers! Eat chips! More chips!

Otherwise I guess something like cheese and biscuits work. If you can't tell by now I'm not a big fan of sweet stuff.
