Mark Hamil, from Star Wars, and Malcolm McDowell, from Stanley Kubrick's Clockwork Orange, are both voice actors in Metalocalypse. Just thought I'd let people know this strange fact.

I'm pretty good actually. Had a good day. Played some games of Black Ops with a friend earlier, and now I'm just chillin'.

How are you?

Well, I'm pretty good. I am kind of thirst, so I might go and get a water bottle in a couple of minutes
Might also play some Minecraft in a bit.

Thanks for asking!

you made this thread at 5 February 2011 7:35 pm.

this has been known for quite some time.

I would also like to point out that the band is both voiced and played by two people, and William Murderface's VA had to use paper towels to get the lisp right in the first season.
See, you act as though it's common knowledge, and I can understand if your some big Metalocalypse fan you'd be irritated if a casual watcher came in with a fun fact. It has been known since the show originally signed Hamil and McDowell that Hamil and McDowell were voice actors for said show. That does not mean that if someone knows it everyone does. So in saying "this has been known for quite some time" you didn't offer an object noun, implying with your statement that everyone knows this fact, when in reality, only some do. Also, there are 3 people who play in Dethklok, as the drummer is neither of the voice actors, and actually a metal drummer.

Fun fact: Metalocalypse is painfully mediocre.
This. The only good thing is the retarded endings that make no sense or have any consequence, but even then Aqua Teen Hunger Force does it better.

Your avatar sums up my thoughts on this thread.

On Metalocalypse: sue me, I don't like metal at all, so I don't like it.

I will give it the fact that's one of the most violent things I've seen on TV.

I knew all that.
I find it more interesting that the inspiration for Dr. Rockso, The Rock&Roll Clown (he does cocaine) was Eddie Van Halen.

Depends on which version you are talking about.

If you mean the live band, then that is Brendon Small, Gene Hoglan (the drummer), Bryan Beller (bass), and Mike Keneally (rhythm/lead). So, yes, Gene is a real metal drummer who plays the drums for the live show, the CDs, and since the 2nd second season, on the show.

The first season Brendon used a drum machine for all the songs and the theme. When Gene joined him, they redid the main theme with Gene.

Now, if you are talking about the characters of the band on the show, they are voiced by only two people.

Brendon does the voices of Nathan, Skwisgaar, Pickles (the drummer), and Charles Offdensen, their lawyer/manager. Tommy Blacha (creator of Mongo Wrestling Alliance) voices Murderface, TOki, and Rockzo.

Trivia note- while Tommy does the speaking voices of Murderface, Toki, and Rockzo, Brendon does their singing voices.

Yes, Mark Hamill has done the voices of Sentor Stampington, Jean-Pierre (the sown back together wrong chef), and Salacia since the first season. Malcolm McDowell joined the show in the second season.

Oh, and Lauraine Newman of Saturday Night Live fame does a lot of the female voices on the show, meaning most of the band's mothers.

Oh, and Gene has done a voice on the show. He voiced the health inspector on "Dethscoures".

Ok, I'm pretty sure at this point we're having a wikipedia battle so nobody's really proving anything at this point.
