Fun games to watch?

I always had fun watching my younger brother playing on the original Mercenaries. I would act in the role of Fiona by being his support op and telling him which direction to head in when he clearly wasn't watching his radar. That was fun.

He also likes to watch me play through...well, pretty much anything. He watches me do Super Paper Mario (I'm determined to finish it before I trade in my Wii, no matter how much it pisses me off!) and he likes to give me pointers and 'coach' me, as he calls it on MW2. We help each other!

My friend also like to watch me play Bioshock: it's really tempting her to get a 360, cos she likes things that scare the crap outta her!

My dad playing Battlefield Vietnam. He likes it. And it's entertaining when he rages over getting run over by the A.I.

Fallout 3 is a great one. Especially when everyone watching starts yelling at whoever is playing to do this or do that.

This, actually. I remember everyone just watching it. My mate Blue22 noted how "It's more fun to watch Fallout 3 than it is to play Oblivion"

And LittleBigPlanet, especially on the levels where you have to dodge falling bombs...hilarious

I like watching racing games, or games involving lots of tactics (RTSes, non-modded Counter-Strike, TF2 etc). It's really interesting to see what people do differently, and from their perspective. Watching games is actually pretty awesome.

Uncharted 2, Dead Space, Mass Effect 2.

RPG's are dull to watch.

Stuff like Bioshock, etc. Are actually fairly entertaining just to watch.

Another vote for Dragon Age. Strangely, Viva Pinata is really entertaining to watch. Maybe "entertaining" is the wrong word, "hypnotic" would probably be better.
