If you have Borderlands and none of the DLC, they have a DLC sale going on.
Got myself the Secret Armoury of General Knoxx for 400 points. Not sure of the sale is still going but it might be a weekend thing.
There are some decent indie games out there if you want to try those. I would personally recommend "Breath of Death VII", "Beat Hazard", or "I MAED A GAME W1TH ZOMB1ES!!!1"
Kodu. It's a game-creating program in the Indie Games section, it uses a visual code to be able to make pretty much any kind of game. Third-person shooter, racing, RPG, anything. Try out the demo to see what it's like.
I'd reccomend some indie games (unless you're hooked on your gamercore) i recently enjoyed Shoot1Up which is a top down shooter with the factor that hwnever you gain a life the ship i added straight into the battle up to 30 and you can expand or retract your ships in a circle to increase your range and amount of firepower.
XBLA has a greatest hits section where all the games are 400 microsoft points, if any of those games interest you then you know what to do. The only one I have is assault heroes which is pretty fun but nothing special. You could also save the points and then spend less money when you find something you really want. There is also plenty of DLC available for 400 points and if you can I would recommend buying another 800 points and getting shadow complex. All in all there are plenty of options if you know where to look.

To be honest, I had a lot of fun with UNO. It's a fun little time waster if you have nothing better to do, and I met some pretty cool people through it. The community has its assholes, of course, but that's with any game.
Indie games. A bunch of them come in at 80 points, so you can get quite a few games for that small price. There's a geometry wars clone that comes in at 80 points, and some interesting puzzle games that go as high as 240.
