Buzzed, I play Guitar Hero (or regular guitar, but that never has ended well when drunk), or perhaps Forza.

REALLY Drunk, Rez on PS2, Rock Band (switch to drums instead of guitar), or COD.

It doesn't matter how drunk you are, Super Monkey Ball 2 for the Gamecube is probably the most fun game ever. I swear everytime I play that game at my friend's house I'm dying of laughter even when I've just died five times in a row.
