WTF does that mean?

It means that he has beaten you so bad that you have shit yourself.

Fun fact; in the Japanese version of DOA4, it's actually "Come back once you've learned to wipe your ass!", which Leon says to the younger characters when he beats them. It was merely mistranslated into "Come back when you've wiped your ass!".
