I love the glitch in Vice City where you fall through the road and land back where you fell from. Hilarious.

For scary: The glitch in Bioshock where the corpses of enemies occasionally start jiggling. It weirded me out...

As a young child I found it by accident. I cried.

Haven't played pokemon since.
I was scared too, didn't touch my gameboy for weeks
Well after seeing all these cute, little monsters a mass of pixels screaming glitchy music at you it's not suprising...
In total agreement. I did it with my copy of Pokemon Red and I didn't go back ever again.
Someone had told me about it, so I was ready for it, but it still freaked me out a bit.

Fallout 3 has a game-breaking one for me. I'm playing my second time through as an evil character, and I decide to break into Flak's house. No big deal, right? Well, someone on the outside thinks it'd be absolutely hilarious to close the door on me. Now, I'm stuck in there and the door's locked with a very hard level lock. I'm at level 4. :(

I have two favorite glitches, both in the same game. Wallace & Gromit: Project Zoo. My first was in the ice level, where I somehow managed to get Wallace stuck in the river and couldn't get him out. When I whistled him he went "Coming Gromit!" which was really funny. The other was in the warehouse level where I continuously fired porridge at Wallace. Wallace kept complaining as usual, but when I stopped, the splatters kept on coming!

Haha yeah same. I threw it away afterwards. Glitch city scared me too. Poekon glitches aren't fun xD

Well I can't say I cried, but it damn well scared the shit out of me the first time, before I found the vast amount of masterballs it could offer me.

But another pokemon one would be Glitch City, I found that once and could never remember how it happened.
Something to do with the Safari Zone. Never found it but it looks scary on Youtube xD

In Oblivion, as long as you havent got the patches, there is a certain arrow based glitch which lets you spaw possibly hundreds of items. So the natural course of action was to go to my fence in Burma's house and fill it with WATERMELLONS . The house now takes 5 mins to load, and the fence is pinned to his bed by melons.

Seeing NPCs get stuck under bridges in Morrowind cracks me up, but also ruin my chances to break into any and every building possible because I can't seem to get out of their line of sight once they're stuck.

Then again, Oblivion is epically glitchy. The weirdest one I experienced was in the Shivering Isles expansion, where I talked to the argonian (he was argonian, wasn't he?) with the fork fetish just to find him dead some 2 minutes later, where I had left him, for no apparent reason. There was nothing to fall down and die from, no other NPCs that seemed to want him dead - why did he just drop dead? People shouldn't die unless I kill them. Of course, I proceeded with robbing his house of anything of value.

----

Also I recall some pretty buggy NPCs in WoW, lying dead on the ground while still moving forward, resulting in the corpse sliding across the ground like it was tied to a string. Also, seeing a Shattrath Guard bugged halfway through the ground on his mount, looking extremely serious is pretty funny too...

ive tried several times in wow when i get on my flying mount, and fly on it, it still looks like im standing on the ground. an unmoving flying mount soaring through the air. looked pretty stupid.
I've had that too. And also when the flying mount doesn't load and you end up swimming through the air instead, but that one's still f-ing funny.

Another glitch was on FIFA 09 when the players face stretched out of his head and another one was when every players body just disappeared and I could only see their heads and boots.
That would be the infamous Yoeaoio Guaueaoi.

OT: In Oblivion, I loved dragging bodies in open doorways and closing them, causing the body to twitch enormously, usually rocketing into a random direction after a few seconds. Sometimes it kept twitching after that launch.
Yau Guays are bears, the op is refering to the Deathclaws.
Also, why is Yay Guay so similar to you guys?

I on the other hand managed that use that baffling malfunction to my advantage.

I got a hold of a Red Version that belonged to this kid who I could not stand. Under the pretense that I was getting him unlimited items, in the process I caught the Glitch and saved :)

There was that glitch in Oblivion where I wasn't able to do anything or advance further in the game because a glitch had made the game register that enemies were nearby no matter where I was.

However a wierd glitch in Fable 2 that I discovered was this thing I call the 'imoblised AI' glitch. This one's wierd, here's how it seems to work:
I bought a house in Bowerstone to please my wife and soon we had a daughter, I leave for that ten year quest, come back have a grown daughter and wife. That's when I first notice the glitch after a few game days. It hit my daughter first, she was standing out by the post just outside my house and... she just stood there. Not making a noise, just standing there. I tried telling her to follow me and she simply stood there oblivious.
I tried giving her a gift and nothing happened either. In fact the game didn't even register that I gave her anything.
Shortly afterwards two more people ALSO walked over to that point and got stuck, in fact every single NPC that walked up to it instantly got stuck there. My wife got stuck there for god's sake.
Now I want to explain something, my house was right on a busy road where passers by would often pass and naturally become stuck in the glitch. It was like a giant venus fly trap in sealed off room full of flies.

the whole random wife divorcing thing, yep, hate it, so i killed that ***** before she left town
hehe

Also it caused something I like to call 'divorce under grounds of glitch'. This is where even though the upkeep is fine, the relationship status is very happy and the kids upbringing is okay my ***** of a wife divorces me, the game gives no indication that there is anything wrong with the relastionship status. This is actually where I first noticed the earlier glitch when my wife screamed divorce and ran out the door she got as far as the porch, then got stuck. And she kept doing this again and again.
I was ALMOST annoyed until I realised that without a family to worry about I could just continue questing and not give two shits.
I just wonder why, if this is a real life simulator, do I not get visitation rights to my daughter or something?

But seriously has anyone else suffered from either of these Fable 2 glitches?
Don't tell me I'm the only one.

In BFBC2, as the game began and we were all walking out of the spawn area, the ground under me just exploded and I was told I'd committed suicide.

Jumping on the bandwagon.

I was playing a Red Guard and was doing the arena, fighting the two wood elves. I being level 2 was getting my ass handed to me so I used the RG greater power to make it through the fight alive and end up with a tiny ass sliver of health, small enough for one more hit to do me in. So I started to head back to the blood works to rejuv when suddenly I collapse dead like third person character falls down dead. Scared the shit out of me since no one expects to die in an empty arena, as it turned out my Adrenaline Rush wore off and my current HP scaled back down with my max HP putting it at 0. Two seconds later he got back up, yeah Redguards can come back from the dead, with 1 HP.

I'd consider a Yao Guai more werewolf then a deathclaw. Especially since Yao Guai are half bear half hyena half gorilla half wolf rape machines, and deathclaws have no fur they're more of wereedwardscissorhands.

In Morrowind I was doing one of the werewolf quests as a part of the Bloodmoon expansion where I was supposed to hunt down and kill all these Skaal warriors hunting in a forest. About halfway through it I started sneaking up behind this one hunter standing next to a fire all alone. He somehow manages to spot me even though I'm behind him in sneak mode, yells and starts to run at me. Suddenly he multiplies into three guys and they all start wailing on me at once.
