Suicide bombers in InFamous, if you're on a building when they run over to you, they stand at the bottom quietly laughing to themselves. Then they explode.
Some of the quotes from the splicers in Bioshock were classic

Aside from the Great Mighty Poo, who I think most of us can agree takes the cake of hilarious villains, I always had a soft spot for NORG from Final Fantasy VIII. I still occasionally say "BUSHURURURURURU!" when I'm grumbling for whatever reason.
i watched the video on the great and mighty poo. well i mean ya the song was kinda funny but all around i wouldnt say its the best. i think the turrets/gladis from portal were very funny and made the game worth playing
-funniest thing ive ever seen was when someone made a program that, after attaching a paintball gun to a stand, made the entire rig work just like an automated turret.but after seeing this helarious video showing how the turret worked(and worked accuratly i must say) it had a built in mic that said "are you still there?" after someone jumped behind a bush to hide.....i laughed so hard it was great.
