zalbard from shining force 2. your phoenix ally says "my, he's ugly..." to which he replies "what!? for that you shall die! ...are you ready to die?" before engaging you in combat.

either him or the first boss from pocky and rocky, a wonderful but poorly translated snes game. he steps onto the screen, yells "HAHA, I AM YOUR ADVERSARY" and throws fruit at you until one of you dies.

Theres a couple of rather random enemies in Baldur's Gate 2. (I've been re-playing it recently) including a guy who chucks a scimitar at you thinking he can knock you out but only doing 1 damage then runs off and a crimal who throws money at you.
