Somewhat funny. I glitched out of the end of a chapter in Wanted:WoF. I fell through this floor and got stuck. Added that I was playing on The Killer. It's pretty easy but still annoying.

Getting the Scarab Guns in H2 Campaign. Now that was fun. ;)

All you have to do is used Search and type in 'Game Glitch'. You will get easily twenty different threads with generally the same topic. It's not that hard.
The newest post out of all of those is from March. I'm not a fan of repeat threads, but christ, man, give him a break. If he went to that he'd be accused of thread necro.
Eh. That's only two months. I do believe some member of the staff (Can't recall which) said they would rather you post in a five month old (I think...) thread than make a new one.

On topic, I'd have to say getting out of all the maps on Halo 2. I got much more playtime doing that than playing the actual game. And the superbounces were great fun as well.
Good times...

In Oblivion I walked out of The County Hall in Skingrad. I see an object fall from the sky...it was my horse...and it was dead.
Haha, maybe you should pray at the Altar of the Nine more often!

Mine was in TF2, we were playing 2forts and I was Sniper. A scout leaped from the enemy battlements towards the covered bridge and I shot him while in mid-air. He body stayed hanging in the air for a good 2 minutes after, as if he had some invisible rope around his neck. It was so distracting almost everyone on the map quit going for the intelligence and concentrated on shooting him down. When the glitch was over instead of disappearing his body just exploded in mid-air. Fucking awesome.

Well, probably not the funniest ever, but I did find this in my journeys in BioShock.

Call me nostalgic, but whenever I see a classic floor/door/wall glitch where the fallen entity spasms against the surface that it glitched into, I just cannot help but laugh. Most of the reason for my love of this glitch is its prevalent nature. No video game seems to be capable of completely eliminating this. Can anyone think of a game where they NEVER saw this glitch? (It would have to be a 3D game, of course.)

When Halo 3 first came out it had a strange physics glitch that would send a player flying if they were killed with a melee strike. I loved sending the Arbiter flying into the stratosphere while playing co-op with friends. Good times.

Half-Life 2: Chapter 11 - Anticitizen One

We've probably all seen this before but just to recap: Right as you exit Dr. Kleiner's lab with D0G you're immediately greeted by a small contingent of Combine Soldiers who are soon dispatched with by the mighty robotic gorilla-dog by way of tossing an APC at them which in turn crashes into a storefront in a wonderful display of fire and physics. Now while most players would walk past following the conveniently linear gameplay for which the Half-Life series is so well known, more inquisitive players such as myself would perhaps investigate this burning wreckage, and here's where the fun begins! Everything in the vicinity is on fire and I do mean everything! I have, with the gravity gun, picked up flaming pieces of concrete that the game just doesn't seem to register as non-flammable. The beauty of this glitch is that it's not so bad that it causes me to lose respect for Valve but it just seems silly that a company with such high standards of quality in their games would overlook something as ridiculous as this.

In Left4Dead we were playing as the infected in Chapter 2 of Blood Harvest when the Survivors startled the Witch. She stood up and immediately jumped into the forklift and tried to drive it after them.

Needless to say the survivors reached the saferoom sometime around when the Witch called for roadside assistance.

In a different game during the finale of Blood Harvest, we were so far ahead in points I decided to save my friend from a smoker with a pipebomb after being pulled out of a second story window. The pipebomb exploded, killing the smoker and instantly teleporting him to the second floor where I was standing.

GRAW on the PC had this great multiplayer glitch where you'd start a new round and there was a certain chance you'd up in this bizarre ghost state where you were invisible and impervious to harm. You couldn't shoot people or interact with the world in any way ... except for throwing grenades.

For how off-the-wall it was and how seriously it affected gameplay, it happened a lot. So every round a certain number of people would just blow up out of nowhere, pleading with their unseen tormentors to leave them alone.

The best part is it would never attribute your spectral grenade kills to you. It would just say the victim "had an accident."

In GTA: San Andreas, my friend was showing off his piloting ability over one of the cities. His wing clips and building and the plane catches fire. He presses the bail out button and in real life begins telling me "Luckily, I remember how to-"

As he says this, CJ face plants into a building and dies. Then, before the fade out and warping to the hospital, CJ's parachute opens and covers his dead body like a sheet. I fell backward laughing so hard.
