Urdnot Wrex has my vote! Probably my favorite RPG character ever. I love how he offers to dismember anyone he doesn't like.

Either Mordin Solus from Mass Effect 2 for his eloquent singing voice and Vareen STD comments or the Black Whirlwind from Jade Empire. I loved that line of his about slaughtering until you were hand deep in blood then using someone elses hands, or something along those lines. Its been a long time since I played it. Or even the talking during the end credits of that game. I love Bioware's goofiness.

Jansen from Lost Odyssey springs to mind. His humour was always a breath of fresh air, considering the game had a very serious and emotional story.
