Are you Tim Buckley? I ask because that's a lot of words for something so fucking unfunny.
I'm sorry to disappoint you but science isn't funny, it's serious business.

The arrow to the knee thing is more funny in the context, cause the guards say it all the damn time. It's not funny in its overused form (as something rarely is). I find Fus-Ro-Dah more entertaining because now there's a line to be used for every moment of force-pushing and it allows instant segway into the great Elder Scrolls theme.

However, I will say at the very least it is funnier than the stupid "cake is a lie" meme which isn't even funny in the context. There's no joke to be said. Even "I never asked for this." is more entertaining because Elias Toufexis has a the most gravely delivery of all time and it was sort out of the blue when it was in the trailer (well one of them, in others he actually looks at his hands and says "I never asked for this." So viewers actually know what he's talking about, though I guess it was pretty obvious anyway).

We're talking about memes. I'm not sure there's any reason to expect funny. :p

.....

Yes, I managed to make the Skyrim meme even worse :D
I thought that making compound memes was banned under the UN constitution.
The Geneva Convention revision 4023 published in 2010 i believe.

So you say, but you are mistaken my good man.

That creature is a dog. Dogs can't be proper Dovakin, only humans can. The reason for this is dogs do not have the right vocal cords to pronounce Dragonese correctly, thus their dragonshouts are relatively ineffective. Why does than his FUS RO DAH appear more powerful you may ask? Well, notice the man dodging the falling debris: he's quite agile and bouncy for a mere human is he not? The only rational explanation is that the mass of this planet is smaller than the mass of earth thus the gravitational constant, and by extension gravity itself, are lower. That means objects will be thrown in air much easier.

Trust me, I'm a scientist.
stop right there, criminal scum!
elfes can be Dovakin too.
also, did anyone ever mash up a simulation of the big bang with fus roh dah?

Not to be a dick, but that's a pretty goddamn awful joke, OP.
It's funnier if you know who Mitch Hedberg [http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/MitchHedberg] is, and you therefore heard it in his voice.

All these arrow to the knee jokes are making me wish for a nuclear winter...
When I got this assignment, I thought there'd be fewer arrows to the knee.

Ah, I stand corrected !

But now that you mention it, not only Elves can be Dovakin, Khajit can be Dovakin too. And they're cats .. So maybe dogs CAN be Dovakin .. Fine, you win this round !

How can Mitch Hedberg do a spin off of the Arrow in the Knee meme, he died in 2005.

Unless he is a time traveler!

Uh, I don't even own the game, and even I know that there are more playable races than Humans, all of which can be the Dovakiin.

Anyways, my favourite variety of the meme? Anyways, I saw this one comment on The Escapist the other day...

"Problems in Skyrim? I feel bad for you, son.
Dodged 99 arrows but my knee took one."

I used to make "arrow to the knee" jokes, but then I took a punch to the gut.
By funny, I meant clever -_-
It was more clever than any of the other dull-as-hell jokes in this thread, especially yours.

OT: I used to take arrows to knee, but then I got an actual sense of humour.
What is your problem. Leave him alone, you're being extremly rude about silly jokes.
