What are some of the funniest glitches or bugs that you have seen in video games? :D

Backwards flying dragon in Skyrim....yeah I was laughing too hard at that. XD

Also the clipping in Goldeneye when their faces appeared through the door. :D

Played Skyrim with my brother watching the other day. I killed some bandit and lifted her body...which then flew in the air and out of the skybox. I don't know if she ever landed or not.

Does anyone remember Warthog jumping in the original Halo? You loaded up Silent Cartographer on co-op, and took turns killing your friend next to a warthog so he'd drop the grenades he respawned with. Since grenades on the ground could be set off by live grenades, combined with the fact that the Warthog had infinite health, you'd get in the warthog and try to launch yourself as high in the air as you could. 10 year old me thought it was the funniest thing ever in a world devoid of fast internet and video streaming.

Well, the Car Cannon in GTA IV springs immediatly to mind. Or enlarging the moon by shooting it with a sniper rifle in it's predecessors. All of the ragdoll problems in CoD 4 and its successors. If you fly uspide down in Vice City Stories on the PSP, you can go as high as you want to. I don't know if that is also true for the PS2 version.
