It may not have been the funniest ever, but my friend back in the day used to play Halo 2 with me. We would always play the level when you go down the ramp on the tank just to hear Johnson say

"Back in my day, we didn't have any fancy shmancy tanks! We had two sticks! And a rock! And we had to share the rock!"

I think this was either on Heroic on Legendary, but man we would always say that online whenever we were severely outnumbered.

I love every line from Left 4 Speed 2, especially Ellis' off-screen cries of "Kiddyland!", but the Coach bits are, by far, my favorite.

Aw, ninja'd! I love Left 4 Speed 2 - I constantly repeat the lines while I'm playing L4D2.

I won't say which game this is from, as the gag works best when you don't see it coming.

Suffice to say, the protagonist is in a most strange and unfortunate predicament: He has literally lost his ENTIRE BODY, reducing him to a living brain that's just lying discarded on the ground. The audience is then treated to this bit of inner monologue:

"Oh, this is just great! Now what am I going to do? Have to think! Heh - like I got a choice..."

I will say this much, though: It's not from any parody. This line appears in the actual game.
