Having my warthog on halo 2 coaqulation flying through the air at incredible speeds due to a wraith shot and rocket hitting just behind me and me in my warthog flying into one of my incredibly unfortunate teammates. So much fun, so much laughter. Also killing someone with a cone in halo3.
Edit: Also on valhalla in halo3 I crashed my banshee at the top of a tree and landed with no health left. Two people from the opposing team turned around and see me. I assume I am about to die when the remains of my banshee crash down and kill both of them. Funniest thing ever.

fallout 3 - physcotic prankster

On Oblivion, I was halfway through the Mage storyline and had started designing my own spells. Sadly I'd only gotten as far as making a fireball with a huge AoE. So I dutifully take on my next task which is to hunt down a rogue (small R) Mage attacking travellers in an inn. She attacks me, and I take a few swings at her and then weirdly she tries to run along the road (the left-hand side of which is a sheer drop). I fire my new spell at the ground next to her and she lifts into the air in a perfect pirouette and flies head over heels over the side of the cliff.

My other recent favourite for hilarious kills is Bad Company 2. On the Panama Canal map, I started out with a shotgun and C4 and strapped all my blocks (6 in total) onto a quad-bike proceeding to gun it across the level as fast as possible. Well, by the time I went across the drained dry-dock down the middle of the level their Abrams was heading towards point C and ready to start heading down towards me, so I rush up the ramp to the tank at full speed, and jump off just below the summit of the ramp, my quad bike flying through the air and landing on top of the Abrams' turrent. Click. 230 points.

The Source engine has led to many such events for me.

Half-Life 2, the finale in the citadel with the super-powered Gravity Gun. The physics were insanely funny.

Might and Magic: Dark Messiah, booting an orc off of a cliff, only for him to fly accross the chasm, smash off the rock, tumble down, smash off another rock, roll over the edge, and land face-first on some spikes. Freaking. WIN.
