definately Evil Genius, that has got to be one of the funniest games I have ever played. the entire game is essentially one long parody of an Austin Powers movie, as seen from Dr. Evil's point of view.

Serious Sam first and second encounter if you haven't played them, so much better then SS2. Team Fortress 2 is also pretty funny.

Bought that game a week ago or so on GOG.com, it is fucking hilarious.

Granted, you have to turn off your brain and any desire for intelligent humor, but it's great for what it is.

Dwarf Fortress and Liberal Crime Squad
DF is a fun and very very challangeing game, but you can also had some laughable moments when lava suddenly pours into your fortress. Whoops, pesky lava vents.
LCS is more morbid but funny in a way as it has funny deaths, and quite playful torturing ideas. Worth a try at least, especially if you use a funny slogan. Mine? Beep Boop I'm A Robot!
Imagine getting that yelled at you as a guy in a trench coat attacks you with a sword.
