They do kinda look like Bleedman characters, I noticed that too. I wonder if they paid Bleedman for that, or if it's just an ironic case of him ripping off them so the ripped him off right back.

Honestly, I haven't given it a spin on the grounds that I'm afraid a 32-year-old jumping into a Cartoon Network-based MMORPG is likely to be confused for a pedophile for the company he's keeping. (That I mentioned familiarity with Bleedman's work does not help my case - his stuff is pedo-riffic, but then it's probably because he lives in the Philippines where lolicon is in.)
Besides, the game seems to have (shudder) jumping puzzles. No thanks!
