So, this thread was made because of the following story:
Yesterday, I pre-loaded the Medal of Honor beta, I was really excited.
Today, I played it.
It kicks me for lag.
I LAGGED OUT.
I LAGGED OUT ON THE FUCKING CUSTOMIZE SCREEN BEFORE THE FUCKING GAME STARTED.
What are your moments?

I think I was playing GTAIV/ME2/Fallout 3, I can't really remember what I was playing.

So, I was playing for about a few hours and I'd forgot to save.

I went to save and the power goes out........

-_- What the hell, man?!

I got the Chrono Trigger/Final Fantasy IV superstar bundle for PlayStation and spent pretty much all weekend playing Trigger. Next weekend, I've lost my memory card (found it later, so no biggy), so I decide to play Final Fantasy IV instead. I boot up Final Fantasy IV...I can't see anything. There's supposed to be an opening cinematic here, and I can hear the music, but all I can see is a little bar on the bottom of the screen. The frontend menu opens, but I can only see one option. When I start to play the game, everything's distorted and I can't see anything. AGGGGGHH!

(Although, within an hour, I had figured out that if I change some random setting on my TV, then it somehow works. Happy ending!)

This, i actually was doing the case and was 10 seconds away from completion 8 times, i finally optimised my killing spree of some armed goons and finally made it in the end.

Today I was playing dead rising 2, I went to my martial arts class but left the xbox on so I wouldn't loose my progress, I come back the xbox is off. Turns out a friend thought turned it off. I lost all progress.

this kinda, making about 20 mins progress, just do die because your character gets pinned between a tree and a fence trying to kill a psycho

There was this one time in Fallout3. It was when you are fighting to the GNR building the first time. I was pretty low level when I did this so when I played through it,so when I finally cleared out all the super mutants I saved right then and there with next to no health. But seconds later I found out there was a burning car directly behind me. So as soon as I saved the car blew up, and I was essentially trapped in a loop of reloading and dieing. Also my only other save was hours back. So about 4hrs of my time wasted simply because I saved in the wrong spot.

Turning on my DS yesterday, about to play some Chrono Trigger, and seeing that my brother saved over ALL the save lots with a save game with a gameplay time of five minutes. -.-

I layed down my DS, stood there for a minute. grabbed my remote and threw it through my door. Good thing its on my the backside.

Dead Rising 2

Only realizing that your time limit for each case (1-1, 1-2, etc.) doesn't reset individually... but at the end of the entire case after running out of time to complete it, and having to restart the game.

I s'pose I would have possibly known this had I played the first Dead Rising... but still!
