G4tv, wtf?

I'm genuinely confused as to why game devs look to G4 for reviews. G4 has turned into all the bad parts of spike tv with a few gaming shows thrown in. I used to watch xplay, cheat, and attack of the show religiously! But now, i don't know, am I just being knit-picky?

I haven't watched G4 in years. Not since their line up pretty much only consisted of Ninja Warrior, Cops, and Cheaters. AoTS is sometimes funny, but that's mostly thanks Kevin's improv skills, and aside from that it's kind of dumb.

Honestly, that channel has gone downhill since the Internet became mainstream. It's kind of sad, seeing a channel trying to stay "hip" with the new demographic of gamers while not realizing the old one was willing.
