Duriel from Diablo 2

Why does he have a freeze aura? Why can he charge you? Why is he so fast? Why is he so strong? Why can he stun you? Why is his room so tiny? Why the fuck is he so much harder than any other boss in the game?

Gods, that overgrown maggot makes my blood boil.
Oh man, I'd have to agree with you fully. He always was a challenge for me, no matter what type of character I was on or how much preparation beforehand. He tore me up. Every single bloody time. I had an easier time with *Diablo* then that maggot. Some bad, bad memories. Nothing can describe my elation every time I killed that boss and didn't have to see his ugly face for the rest of the entire game.

Other then that, it'd have to be the Witch in L4D/2 . Not because I don't like her as a boss: far from that. It's more because of the witless teammate who thinks they can shotgun kill her on Expert, but fails. Every. Single. Damn. Time. Especially on the 'Hard Rain' campaign. Ugh. Y'all can not possibly imagine my sheer annoyance when this happens. The only good thing that comes from it is that the folk dies because of it, but its still vastly annoying. Thus, why I hate running into her. Repressed memories of anger.

ChefBot 9000. I hate that bastard! His power level is over- the developers of the game decided against that joke...

He randomly flies around the arena and attacks with horribly cheap attacks. If you get him in the red you need to kill him instantly or else you're screwed. If you're not already at the very edge of the map you're dead if he decides to slide since he's going all the way to the end. Bastard...
Agreed; on Prinny this guy was a pain in the ass for me too! The other boss that I really hate is Sir Sweet (demonic form), who is also in Prinny! He has no shield points and yet each of your attacks barely does anything to his life bar! I tried dodging but there's no way you can kill him! He's the only boss I hate 'cause I never beat him...=/...

Lost Planet's final boss. Forget the name.
Those flying controls were really awkward and his attacks were a bugger to dodge.

Almost all of them, unless they're really well-designed and interesting fights. Most of them quickly dissolve into repeating the same thing about 5 times until all the health bars are gone, it's archaic and we should be evolved past that.

Lord Woo Fak Fak, definitely. Not because his pattern is particularly hard to catch, but because he's such a fishy character, I can never get his angler.

I have two I can think of at the moment:

First, that giant ugly troll thing on Resi 5. The one that you have to fight with the gun attached to the jeep. Can remember it's name so my brother and I simply call it 'Gay'.

Second, The first battle against Riku-Ansem in Kingdom Hearts. Don't know why but it used to take me ages to beat him.

the lava armadillos from Ninja Gaiden 2 are the most unfitting and annoying bosses in any videogame. EVER.

Cardboard K. Rool from Donkey 64. I cannot stress to you how pissed he got my brothers and I. If I remember correctly at the end of the fight he pops up randomly and you have to basically guess when to shoot your precious monkeys at him. SO MUCH RAGE!!

Terranigma.

Bloody fucking Mary.
God how I hate her.
Golden Sun 2's Star Magician gets an honorable mention. Fuck that guy. People tell me Dullahan is harder, but I thought he was easy after the Star Magician.
I would love to play Terranigma because IoG was one of the best SNES titles ever. It's a shame I am not willing to emulate.
Your loss. I emulated it, fantastic game. If I somehow stumble on an actual copy I'd buy it in a heartbeat, but since it wasn't sold here I don't feel any remorse over pirating the game.
Keep in mind that I am still on a box from 2002, in a house that is not wi-fi. The most recent console I own is a Gamecube (unless you count the DS, which I count as a portable). I have been out of work for almost three years and I am a college student.

Crackaz is broke 'deez days
If it helps, since the game is old and out of print, buying it now wouldn't give money to the developers anyway.

Plus, Quintet studios closed a long time ago.
Might as well just emulate it.
