I'd have to say I'm a lot like Chopper from Ace Combat 5. I'm a bit of a motor-mouth, and I like to talk big...but I can also sometimes back it up. I also like to make jokes and push the envelope to the breaking point (and sometimes beyond), not to mention cracking jokes that more often than not would make people groan instead of laugh. But under the attention-whore-yness, I'm a bit of a softy and I really care about the people that mean a lot to me. I'd be nothing without my friends.

Gorden Freeman, smart guy, last one you expect to handle the problems, but always seems to get things done. Glasses too... now where did i put that crowbar...

I'd have to say Mr. Freeman as well (I have a goatee.), however, on the complete other side of the personality spectrum, I'm also a bit like Ellis from Left 4 Dead 2. I'm very quiet around many people, although people I hang out with a lot know me as an incredibly silly person.

Mordin from Mass Effect 2, I am a person who believes in doing what is necessary to achieve the greater good. And being a scientist (computer scientist) like Mordin, I still retain a sense of humor and the ability to have fun (like singing random songs as Mordin does in the game). Luckily, I don't talk nearly as fast.
