When it comes to the males though... Thane from ME2... his voice makes me turn into a puddle on the floor. *_* Fenris in DA2 also does it, but I don't really "know" him because I still haven't finished the game.

First one that comes to mind? Lara Croft. Always had the hots for Lara. I reckon she wouldn't be very dominant, i think she'd be quite sweet in bed. Very cuddly. She puts up a lot of defenses when she's out and about, i reckon getting her in bed, she'd let her guard down.
After that....hoo boy. Sniper Wolf? She'd probably hold me down. Meryl Siverburg? Meh, too tomboy. Jill Valentine? Nah, never did it for me. I reckon Bayonetta would torture you to oblivion, and not in the nasty way.

no seriously, the love option with alistair is one of the best in I've ever seen in a game, especially if you get the "sad ending" with him... I'm a sucker for sappy endings...
the only other to rival that lovestory is the Garrus option in ME2, I love that one too, but I doubt sex with garrus would be very...pleasurable...
