Oh, and my vote goes towards Xemnas, a graduate with honours from the University of Names That Weren't Thought Out, due to his name being rearrangeable into something else. Poor guy.
Are you referring to the word Names, or the word Seman? I agree that Albania's not the best place in the world, but it's nothing to be so worked up about.
