Game characters you think would make the perfect couple?

It has been occuring to me in recent months just how much of a nerd I am. For a while I was sad about this but then I realised my identity and I embraced it. So in honour of this I have decided to ask a question I've wanted to ask for a while....
What game characters would make a perfect couple?
RULES FOR THIS THREAD: no two characters can be from the same franchise, relationships also do not have to be heterosexual.

Now I personally reckon Samus Aran and the Masterchief would be great couple as they both love big weapons and wear high powered armour and reside in the FPS and Science Fiction genre. Both are famed for fighting alone and for causing a lot of damage, the are both tough space marine fighters. It would be a match made in heaven. Almost like they were made for each other.

But that's just my opinion... what game characters do you think would make a nice couple?

Samus Aran and Mega Man. Both of them are good at what they do, despite not liking the work. Plus, if they had a kid, he/she could dual-wield (Samus's cannon is on her right arm, Mega Man's cannon is on his left).

I've been wondering for a while actually, who would be an ideal female partner for Wrex from Mass Effect?

Actually even though she's from the same game as Wrex I got the perfect candidate for a partner.. Tali.
They talk a lot when I pair them up and seem to get along well enough.
