Juno Eclipse from Force Unleashed, because apart form being good looking, I'd get to date her in the Star Wars universe and that's almost worth dating anyone.
Also I'd imagine she's got a love for risk as who would become an imperial pilot otherwise. Plus unlike some of the stereotypical bad-ass action girls she's not likely to to stab me in the back at the first opportunity.

Or maybe Farah from Prince of Persia as she's got a love for adventure, actually has a personality and has a will of her own, with some independence.

I know I sound like a over-emotional type of person but I'd like a relationship that lasted longer than two days either because she got bored of me or killed me for the fun of it. But hey at least it would be a wild two days.
