And I know for sure that every clan gets at least some added dialogue for them specifically. Can't say whether each clan has as drastic an effect of Heather as the Malks do, not all of them are quite so... extreme after all, but there's always clan specific dialogue to be found somewhere.
It was either the Ventrue or the Toreador that tells the cabbie "Dude, here is 5 bucks, buy an air freshener" or something - I laughed at it. Speaking to Gary as a Toreador is just
adoring, Andrei understandably has a grudge against the Tremere, and being a Gangrel adds some dialogue to Beckett. These are the major ones I can think of, plus just an altered line here and there for some of the clans[footnote]a Toreador throws in something like "you're of my clan" when you try to persuade Ash to stop whining and moping but the other clans have a different line there - the effect is still the same[/footnote]. Oh and there are the Nosferatu - they are the second best clan in the game in terms of dialogue (of course Malks win) - who can resist the Nosferatu's charms "C'mon, I like cuddling and long walks on the beach", or "But I've got heart! Wanna see it?" and the ultimate pickup line "Once you go gross, nothing else comes close". The Nos are just players like that.

Keep meaning to replay the game again for the, hmm, fourth time? Think it's fourth. Time to give Gangrel a try I think.
I've literally lost count of how many times I played the game. After I installed it for the first time, I played it with all 7 clans straight away. Then down the line I replayed each clan at least twice at various points in time but I have a several more playthroughs on top of that - I've played a Malk at least five times (because - awesome), for example, at least four for the Nos (because - also awesome) and few others. I won't be surprised if I soon hit a 50th replay
By the way, the new Unofficial Patch has some more restored content - a whole new level. But if you haven't tried Clan Quest Mod -
install and play CQM because it's friggin awesome! Unfortunately, it runs on a slightly older UP (7.9, to be precise, the library was restored in 8.0 or 8.1 - current latest is 8.6) but it's a really small price to pay. CQM is actually a collection of mods in addition to the CQM itself - you even get a nice launcher that asks you what to install. The mods range from some reskins, to more atmospheric mods that add new music and DJs to play it in the clubs, to some overhauls of the mechanics, like Camarilla Edition (completely changes how the Disciplines operate and feel plus lots more changes - look up the manual which is included).
But Clan Quest Mod is a real gem even by itself - adds a new unique quest for each clan that is in line with the clan itself (dig up some info as a Nosferatu, solve some arcane mystery as a Tremere, etc), plus some more general quests and new NPCs and events (there are some quests for evil characters - like hitman missions). Oh, and I should just throw in that the CQM has voiced lines (well, most of them, at least) - the guy who did id, managed to fine some people who do voices really well. OK, generally, if they are voicing an existing NPC you'd notice the difference[footnote]Although, kudos to the guy who did Max - the most significant difference to the original was that
his sound files were quieter. I was blown away by how how well he performed. And the new VA for Jeanette is quite good, too - minor difference there but could pass unnoticed. Erm, although, the guy who did new lines for the Red Spot seller was quite obviously different. Especially since right after finishing the new dialogue, you get the old lines of him going "Hi, welcome to the Red Spot". Still funny, though[/footnote] but it's a fan made thing that has to contend and fit with really high profile professional VAs, I can give them a free pass for the differences. The lines for the new NPCs, however, are top notch. Overall, the voice acting in the mod is probably the best I've seen from any fan made mod, too - despite having differences with the original NPCs, the delivery itself is rather well done.
Most important thing to mention for CQM, however, is it adds Kalliyan and her quest in Chinatown. It is probably
the best player made quests I've played. It's interesting, it's well written, the NPC is
really good, and the quest itself fits
perfectly into the game - theme, mood, story - it's top notch and it matches the game so well. I don't mean to put down other mods - I've seen other fan made content also pull off really good quests and stories - but the thing is, usually you can tell, since the mods differ at least a bit the original game itself. Or in the case of the Elder Scrolls series, the games don't really have a consistent feel in the quests, so having something "fit in" is not really an accomplishment at all. Heck, mods that add good stories even
stand out compared to the rest. But Kalliyan just nails it - both Bloodlines and the wider setting itself.
