does it HAVE to start as slow and dull as cartooningly possible?! Every single joke fell flat. And the recurring themes, "Are ou insane" "animated in front of a live studio audience" the dog's SWORD.... Ack... I'm done.

I actually like the music... it has a Seinfeld feel to it, which is kind of what the show (and I assume Dorsch) was going for.weker said:

I get the distinct impression this was supposed to be episode one but they switched them around because of peoples mostly negative reactions to the trailer.

OT: Russ' work isn't that funny, nor good, actually I can't remember anything memorable coming from him. He may be the big chief, but all the good stuff only comes from his staff, which are pretty talented people. And this is quite a shame. If he would let the writing to someone else probably the show would improve.
To conclude:
The show has potential, so I'll keep watching, but it won't get any better, if all the good staff members are kept in the shadows with small responsibilities. Russ should let them shine.

Why is everything a dog pun? Humans don't make human puns every two minutes. Try reading VGCats for some better ideas. Best of luck next episode.
I honestly like the show. It's light and fun, I like the characters, and I like the commentary on the game industry (out-of-touch bosses, cloning other games, etc). I look forward to seeing where things go.
I agree with the majority of posters here. I'm just not finding this series entertaining; and definitely not funny.

I'll watch the next couple of episodes to see if there's any improvement. But it just seems like a bit of an empty idea; there's only so much you can do with a bunch of game designing dogs. Tbh, the concept is a bit... unimaginative. And I'm not sure who the target audience is. Older gamers will find it patronizing, and younger gamers will probably not understand most of the "jokes".
