...I'm really starting to miss Mr. Yee, he was one of the more unique and funnier characters.
I imagine you guys used this episode to characterize the new lawyer guy, and that's fine, but unless this problem is somehow going to come back later on and is somehow relevant to the ongoing storyline, why was this episode necessary? I only say this because the story seemed to finally be taking off with the Russians properly introduced, who will likely have the best material and funniest jokes, only for us to take a step back for more build up.
I'd imagine it would've been great if this episode was used to tie in a problem later on, such as... his rant on the call was recorded and put up on youtube Mel Gibson style and his angry threat was used for the butt of several hundred jokes, his words chopped up into small clips to make funny videos, many if not all of their distributors bailing out on them with their reputation ruined. This would force the staff to rely completely on the new Russian staff to keep their company alive.
The reason I liked the past episodes of this season is because they seemed to contribute to the series as a whole, such as Bob's flashback. Even though the flashback felt sort of forced, its ending was hysterical and gave Mr. Yee a great backstory and explanation to his weirdness.
