The only internet speak I use is owned, and even that I don't say very often. Actually this topic reminds me, I was serving a girl today at work and noticed her necklace said 'LOL' in massive silver letters. I couldn't help but laugh and ask why, in a polite way of course. Needless to say she was blushing due to embarrassment, that was the highlight of my day.

I only ever use the word "pwn" and it's just when my sister and I banter while playing video games. Joking around basically.

I used to worry about it, but then remembered that the english language itself is comprised of multiple other languages crossing over ito eachother. All that really matters is communication and it's efficiency.

I never really do that, unless you count saying "Shut the fuck up, or Get the fuck out" as internet terms.

Yeah, I've noticed that too. Especially with the majority of any tween's vocabulary consisting of the word "Epic" followed by "win" or "fail". I myself have sarcastically yelled "ELL OH ELL" when someone did something stupid in class, though. But just for the humorous effect - not of the activity, but of the absurdity of the abbreviation/word. And, when you think about it, what has a better effect?
HAHHHHAHAHHAHAHAAAAAH, AAAHHHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAAAHAHHAA, HAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAH!!!! AHAHAHHAHHAAHAHAHAAAA!!!!!"
