Man, you better have a few friends with you before you take that one on.

I'm pretty sure going through all the Mega Man games would be 50+hours, that is if you didn't snap your controller in half first.

Tetris. Every Tetris and Tetris spin-offs.
Flash games, ports, remakes, add-ons, Grandmasters, side-games, so forth.

... Wait sorry, you think it would be amusing to ruin your body and eyes?

Good for you and hope it all goes well.

Ooh! I'd go for a Call of Duty marathon!
Or a Nazi Zombies marathon!

Or maybe all the Mario Party Games, on every board, and play every minigame. (also unlock stuff in later versions)
Those are quite possibly the most terrible and most amusing suggestions ever.

Pokemon? If you've got a DS then you have access to Diamond/Pearl/Platinum, Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald and Fire Red/Leaf Green.
Plus Heart Gold and Soul Silver later this year. Or the spin-offs if you're liberal with your definitions.
Try doing a Guitar Hero marathon without going completely insane.

Niche ones I've thought of are F1 games (because each race can take a few hours if you do it properly) and football (that's soccer) games (because there is so much variety: Mario Smash Football vs Pro Evolution Soccer vs Championship Manager)

Someone on here was gonna do that with Metal Gear Solid, I think.
My mates did that, it took them 2 days :p And they got drunk.

They did MGS1 and 2 in the same day. MGS2 if you do it on normal can be completed in about 4.5 hours.

It's been mentioned, but I'd do Metal Gear. The original two on MSX2, the GBC version, 1-4, and portable ops. Goods times, I could quite fancy that AND I own all the requisite games.

Well Metal Gear would be good, and if you know your stuff you can do all 4 within 2 days, if you add all the PSP games, expansion discs, original MSX games and Super Smash Bros. Brawl (Snake's an unlockable)that's a fair few games already. Then add the GC remake and you've got one of the games twice! That would take a while I reckons.

This, just wait till the negatives of sleep deprivation kick in.

I'd go time splitters cause its co-op story and multiplayer is fast and frantic and I can play it for ages as it is. The level of customisation in multiplayer should keep you going, and there's all the challenges to do as well
