Mount & Blade: Warband.

I'd been unhorsed by some pitiful Nords. But like hell I was giving up, and now I had a horse to avenge.

I turned around, and with three perfect blows, took down three Nord warriors. I felt like a god at that moment.

While playing Fallout 3 I encountered the random event with a couple raiders beating another one with bats. As they saw me approach they all reached for their weapons, some kept their bats, other pulled guns and one a grenade. I use VATS with my hunting rifle and line up a couple shots, on instant kills/decapitates one guy, another hits the grenade still in the raiders hand blowing him up and the guy next to him. I exit VATS and take cover behind a rock, then when my action points recover is pop out and kill the the one of the two guys left, then finally chase after the last one, who ran away, and deal with him in real time. No damage taken. And if you read all this I love you, very much.

When I saved my squad leader from death during ARMA II Domination match.

We were falling back to a Blackhawk, when our leader got hit. Everyone said "Leave him behind!" but I don't leave friends behind.

It was like in movies. Me running towards him, then carring him to the Blackhawk, while everyone else is covering me. Bullets flying everywhere. Stuff exploding. It was awesome.

And we survived. The squad leader even said: "That wasn't necessary,but thanks" to me.

More recently? Taking out the collector base in ME2 without losing anyone, and defeating the Lich King just last night

Getting my first perfect song in Guitar Hero 3 was one of them, but some were also and din't stop at:
-Messing with the mind of the last man in Jokers gang
-Beating Sabertoth without loosing more than half my life
-Beating RE 4
-1st time I managed to resist 'till wave 16 on Der Riese with realism mod active. Cod WAW in case you didn't get it
-Managed to kill 2 players with the DE in CSS at a friend's house while they had AKs or smth like that
-Starting from the North point of the island in Prototype and cutting everything i met with the big ass sword until I reached the south point.
-Destroying the Memorial bridge in Red Faction Guerilla with the hammer (golden one, no cheats)
-In Warhead beating the huge alien at the end.
-Left 4 Dead 2: playing on single-player: killing all the witches I could find in sugar mill (was the name?)
-Finishing every game in the COD series except 3
-Beating the stupid out of any opponent on medium in Tatsunoko vs Capcom
-Beating the alst boss in Matrix Path of Neo and the clones level
