I have 2 favourites, HL2 and Hitman Bloodmoney. Both are fantastic and work beautifly. I'm way to lazy tired to go search for them though.

Donpachi games in particular has some very good tracks.

As for games I actually DO play that I like the music from. Persona 3 is a good one. Persona 4 had good music as well, but #3's stuck with me for a lot longer, I enjoyed the style much more as well.

I second the vote for Persona 4. I didn't even play the game, I just watched as my roommate play it and I still found myself humming it's soundtrack for at least a month.
