There was this one building in Red Dead Redemption multiplayer, Blackwater I believe, that if you managed to blow the windows out with a dynamite landing on the windowsill you could climb in. The walls were invisible, and if you had your fists up and blocking while walking into the wall it would teleport you to random places. Sometimes into the grass in the next block, on top of the building, above the ocean, or one time with me into the games stratosphere. I was literally falling for 15 minutes before I hit the ground. At first all I could see was a swirling mass which was my body data moshing. Sadly a patch released not long ago fixed that glitch.
