Im cool with one or maybe two sequels, but when games start getting miked, it really ticks me off. My opinion is that guitar hero had a nice run but now its getting crazy.

The search bar is a niffty little tool that comes in handy in situations like this.

But, I would have to say Mario. It's over for him. He's been to space, nowhere else to go.

Rockband/Guitar Hero. They could have just made one game for the current generation, and then released everything else as DLC.

I hate J-RPGs. With a passion. Except Pokemon. =D

That series is the same thing, regurgitated every time...
You do realize, that by your logic, every sequel ever is the same thing, regurgitated every time? Final Fantasy has a different story with different characters each time, adding new and cool variations to the attacks that the previous games had.

All FPS for another 10 years at least give the market time ot de-saturate and developers to stop churning out one craptastick world war 2 with space marines clones after another,

I hear you

I used to be a halo fan, but now It's just boring, and they are trying to bring it back, but frankly, I lost faith in it when I stopped playing matchmaking

I've got a list:

1.Halo
2.Guitar Hero/Rock Band
3.Mario
4.Final Fantasy
5.Medal of Honor
6.The 007 Games

EDIT: I'll take back Final Fantasy if they can make another one as good as ten but I doubt it.

Yeah, "Halo". I also think that "Resident Evil", despite 5's commercial success, is firmly in lazy self-parody territory.

Halo, Metroid Prime, Mario, and any FPS that tries to pass off a blatant ripoff as a new game--Haze, for example.

You are right with that.

Halo. There's enough. Halo 3 was bad enough. Reach must be good and it MUST be the last halo game. I liked the series, but if they keep on as they are, I'm going to be angry as hell. Just give Halo a rest already.

Mario, for obvious reasons, Final Fantasy, because having thirteen final fantasies doesn't make any bloody sense, Metal Gear Solid, because four already tied up every loose end, Elder Scrolls, because as far as I'm concerned Oblivion was an abomination and I can't see it going anywhere but downhill... That's all I've got for now.

Oh yeah, and that.

Nah we still need a non-edutainment title where he time travels. Also I haven't seen "Mario Hockey" yet.

True, though a lot of sequels try and take the game in a new artistic direction, add new gameplay elements and other things like that. In my personal opinion, Final Fantasy doesn't do that, and I dislike most J-RPGs as a rule. You obviously like FF, so I think we should agree to disagree and just leave it there.
Actually, it does change artistically... After all, seven was sort of Chibi style, while eight used more realistic character art. I'm also pretty sure they have, in fact, changed up the gameplay too, as I think twelve's combat was real time.

But I'd say Rock Band/Guitar hero (they might as well just release new songs for download instead of constant sequals that are pretty much the same bar a few changes here and there).

Zelda, Mario, CALL OF FUCKING DUTY, guitar hero (and music games in general) and halo all of them have at least recently had a good chapter in their legacy (twilight princess, Galaxy, Cod4, GH metallica, ODST looks promising) but shit they gotta go, give em all one more and then bury them with star wars battle front and GOOD prince of persia games
