Legacy of Kain, more in the fact that it needs a real ending after Defiance. Not that I want it over with because I despise it, because I in fact love the series.
What !!? how many Zelda games have you even played !!?TaintedSaint said:Zelda every game is the same as the last, everyone gives COD shit but Zelda has been doing the same thing longer. *hides*
Nothing is stagnating, i don't know what cave you have been sleeping in but every year there are dozens of new IPs besides the various sequels (sequels are as much needed as new IPs, when a people love something they want more of it .. it's only natural)Mimsofthedawg said:Even though it's NOT stupid and it actually has some very valid questions - is the industry stagnanting because publishers are afraid of publishing new IPs, so they keep rehashing old ones?
No it has everything to do with it, most of the comments are about "I passionately hate series (X) and don't enjoy it anymore, so it needs to vanish from existence to make me feel better", that's both childish and selfish, most of the gaming series that people mention here still has many fans that enjoy it and want more of it (maybe except Sonic .. but who can tell for sure, maybe someone out there still enjoys it XD).. if you don't like series X anymore .. look the other way, seriously .. it's that simple .. don't try to turn it into a major gaming problem because it isn't.Mimsofthedawg said:It also very CLEARLY has nothing to do with not enjoying games. The OP mentions that. It has everything to do old series overstaying their welcome, often times when they were given perfectly good conclusions before - my comments on Halo 4 state this.

I tend to lurk here rather than actually posting, but I couldn't resist highlighting the wonderful irony of the above statement.ToastiestZombie said:2-D: New Super Mario Bros 3D.
I did get the name wrong, it's New Super Mario Bros 2. But yeah, it is ironic.Xan174 said:I tend to lurk here rather than actually posting, but I couldn't resist highlighting the wonderful irony of the above statement.ToastiestZombie said:2-D: New Super Mario Bros 3D.
