Game series you think needs a reboot.

I think Spyro would be an awesome reboot. I grew up playing Spyro and that was the first game I played on a console, it would be awesome to see the first game in all its glory on the PS3 graphics engine.

So, what game series or game do you think should get a reboot?

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Spyro is kind of already getting a reboot. And he looks like this...

NEVER bring that.... that....thing up again! I will NEVER accept it as Spyro! It is some sort of beast from the darkest pit of the void trying to fool people by wearing his skin! The Spyro we all know and love is dead! ;-;

I can't, for the life of me, figure out why LucasArts hasn't re-booted such an awesome series.

CyberConnect2 are amazing at making detailed anime-style graphics, yet they're wasting it all on Naruto games. Not only would it be wonderful to see The World in HD, but it could incorporate so many new technologies and concepts that weren't around when the first games came out.

Quest for Glory, along with all the old Sierra games.
A new Baulders Gate: Dark Alliance game would be fun.

I wouldn't mind seeing some of the old Metal Gear games remade into the current generation. I'd prefer to see a MGS3 reboot. The Star Wars: Battlefront games would be a great reboot also.

There was some footage floating around of a possible Battlefront 3, but I haven't heard any more about it. It looks like it might have been abandoned, which is a shame because it looked great in the footage.
Star Wars: Battlefront 1 & 2 were great, and I would love to see a modern generation one.

Age of Mythology: it was enjoyable as hell (with some truly great cheats and Easter eggs!) and it's in desperate need of a sequel/remake/whatever with better graphics (optional but recommended) and more civilizations like the Japanese, Persians, Mayans, etc. Oh, and decent online play, that's another big thing. Seriously, trying to set up an AoM multiplayer game is a step below operating a nuclear reactor.

I came into this thread with the express purpose of saying Space Quest. I loved that game. I think I need to go and download it.
