The only thing I didn't like about MoB was losing all of my amazing items I had acquired through NWN 2 and the other expansion at the start.

It would be quicker to list games I don't do this with. I replay just about every game in my personal library whenever the whim takes me.

I'm a whimsical gamer.

Starcraft, Red Alert 2 and Masters of Orion are always good for another few nostalgic skirmishes
Have you tried Red Alert 3? What did you think? I love it. I haven't beaten it but so far I think it's the best RTS I've played.

As for the game I replay the most I guess it would be Street Fighter since I've never really stopped playing it. Doom also. (one day I WILL find all of the secrets!)

I have no idea why, but I find myself coming back to Black & White games.
Me too, I usually reinstall it every 6 months or so, mainly because I haven't actually completed it yet, keep having trouble at some points, the last time I remember getting myself stuck in an unwinnable situation.

I play Portal whenever I run out of other games to play (I've finished it about 10 times now, and it never gets old).

I do this to a degree with every game I've ever owned and still have access to. Notable examples include Descent Freespace, Final Fantasy X-2, Total Annihilation, Panzer Dragoon Orta and Sim City 2000.

Those, and most of Matt Thorson's games.
Oh yeah, and RECOIL, which I'll never stop telling the Escapist to check out. It's freeware now, and bloody awesome.

A Hermit's Cave
This is going to quite cliched now but:

Deus Ex (having played it twice through before even touching the sequel, the latter was just awful)
KotOR I (couldn't really get into the second one)
Portal (time me!)
(& it wouldn't be me if I didn't mention) Every Total War game in existence!
