Game you've enjoyed most this year

Greetings!
I was just wondering, what do you guys think was the most enjoyable game released this year?

My pick : Legend of Grimrock, only game I've played in a while where I was actually scared when I saw an enemy and where I actually had to plan ahead and switch tacics.

Xenoblade Chronicles. Loved everything about this game. Story, characters, and battle system were top notch. One of the best JRPGs to come out in quite awhile in my opinion. Spent about 77 hours playing it. Also gave me a good reason to dust off my wii.

Gravity Rush. At least, until I can get my hands on a copy of P4Golden.

Dragon's Dogma, given that I'm currently on my third playthrough and still enjoying it.

Legend of Grimrock was fun my first run through, but the awkward controls put me off repeated playthroughs.

Team Fortress 2. I joined a clan, something I never thought I'd do. But the people in it are wonderful and have really reinvigorated my interest in the game.

Other than that, Mass Effect 3. I have some major issues with it (Shepard speaking on his own too much and the ending), but it's still an overall terrific game.

Mass Effect 3 was some of the most fun I've ever had with a game and Journey was absolutely fantastic.

Crusader Kings 2, no question. Brilliant strategy game I just can't get enough of, I love the political machinations and court intrigues so few games manage to capture as well as the more character driven nature of the gameplay.

Unique, well done, and extremely addictive. This is a strategy game I'll probably still be playing years from now, especially if the inevitable expansions, mods and DLC turn out to be any good.

another vote for mass effect 3 fine tuned the series combat to a T, it was easily the pick of the bunch

Would be Xenoblade Chronicles but I played that last year so ill go with The Last Story another wii game oddly enough I just found it excellent fun especially the combat which I couldnt get enough of plus the games quite short (about 20 hours) so there is very little down time. Yeah pretty much liked everything about the game except the main character and he was ok just a bit rubbish when compared to the rest of the cast.

But just a couple of days and Civilization V - Gods and Kings will take the number one spot. There's only CS:GO coming out in August to look forward to after that.
