Can somebody please help me!

I really want to play against other teams on Halo 3 (please dont rant on how much you hate halo if you do). But no team has invited me and i have invited many teams myself.

If you have a team please invite me im good, im a brigadier, and i enjoy the game.
If not but you know how to do stuff please inform me,
