I'd have to say these would be some of the best for me, a lot of them have been aforementioned if not all.

Final fantasy I+II dawn of souls (first game i ever owned for gba :D)
the legacy of goku games(including buu's fury)
Metroid fusion
the Golden sun series
The pokemon series

There were others but these are the most prominent.

I'd vote for Megaman Zero. Some of the best hack-and-slash platforming I've had the pleasure of enjoying.

I played so much River City Ransom: EX back in the day. Since I never had a Super Nintendo, I also played a lot of Yoshi's Island and Super Mario Advance on my GBA.

Call me a weirdo but I loved the Mario Tennis game for the GBA.
Not weird at all. The golf game (Advanced Tour I think) was also good.
I loved the RPG elements.

in order to truly complete the megaman battle network series, does that mean you got "Megaman: Network Transmission" for Gamecube? it was supposedely inbetween two of the GBA games and it completely rocked (if a little steep on the difficulty side at first, but you adjusted)
I never had any luck finding the other megaman games in the gamestores

anyway, i agree with every poster so far...and would like to add "Kirby: Nightmare in Dreamland" to the mix :)

Star Wars II was also quite good, if somewhat very easy, it contained much fun and re-play value.

Tales of Phantasia got about 40 hours sunk into it. until all my save files corrupted for absolutely no reason and i lost my high level characters, advanced summons and everything else in the game.

Same happened with harvest moon: friends of mineral town, i must have easily played just as many hours of that, only for the save files to stop working...but i didn't get anywhere near as angry about it :p

Along with Golden Sun, and Minish Cap, I want to second Astro Boy - would be good to see a lets play of that game.

Any of the Marios, although pretty straight ports, are all good, obviously

Let's see...

Dragonball Z: Legacy of Goku series
Fire Emblem (can't speak for Sacred Stones)
Golden Sun series
Advance Wars series
Final Fantasy I&II: Dawn of Souls
Castlevania: Circle of the Moon
Super Robot Taisen series, particularly both Original Generation games
Tactics Ogre: The Knights of Lodis
Final Fantasy VI Advance (can't speak for IV or V)
