I wouldn't bother with Starfox Adventures. It's not great and is completely different to the other Starfox games(probably because it was never intended to be a Starfox game).I'd definitely add Eternal Darkness and the Rogue Squadron games to that list though

Man I bought way too many GameCube games back in the day. I own 14 out of the 21 listed above. Which is less than a third of the 'cube games I own.

Some other favourites of mine:
I own SSX Tricky, SSX 3 and SSX On Tour, and while nostalgia begs me to say that Tricky is the best, in all honesty On Tour is the one to get if you want a snowboarding game for GameCube.

Bloody Roar: Primal Fury was a launch title for the 'cube, but its graphics actually hold up pretty well and it's a very fun fighting game.

Battalion Wars is fun if you're into tactical/strategic games.

Aggressive Inline is an excellent Tony Hawk-ish game, with fun levels, good controls and plenty of freedom to explore.

But yeah, otherwise I'll just pretty much agree with most of what everyone else has suggested.

Smash Bros: Melee
Metroid Prime 2, maybe... Personally, I didn't like it much, but it was still decent. The idea of the light/dark world was pretty cool, but the light/dark/combo (whatever it was called) beams have ammo limits, and it just didn't seem very "metroid-y" compared to others.

My favorite games for the Gamecube were;

Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem
Super Smash Bros. Melee (duh)
Pikmin 2
Rogue Leader/Rogue Squadron II - still play that game.
007 Nightfire, was x/platform but I liked the GC version best
Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Resident Evil remake
Metroid Prime
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3
Mario Party 4 (don't bother if you cant get a bunch of people together to play, though)
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (same issue as above)

Umm... I forget what it was called. Someone help me out. You were in control of these little army men? ARG. It was like Battlefield or something like that...?

Also FxG Racing or something? It was a really fast racing game that often induced motion sickness.

Man, my memory is dodgy today.

Lost Kingdoms 1&2, its sort of a real time, monster summoming card battle game where you run about as you battle, great fun! Play the first, make sure you get every card in the game then start the sequel at some point you will be able to port you deck from the original game.

Animal Crossing, if you can stand the extremely kiddish character of the franchise.

Also Wind Waker, TALES OF SYMPHONIA, TALES OF SYMPHONIA, AND TALES OF SYMPHONIA.

Oh, and did I mention Tales of Symphonia?

I have over 80 games just for gamecube -_-, still my favorite console.

Single:
Spiderman 2 (Ignore the cries for help if you want, exploring the huge city is FUN)
Ty the Tasmanian Tiger (good memories, great music)
Sphinx and the curse of the mummy (maybe, maybe not)

Multipler:
Kirby Airride (great mutliplayer, love freemode and checklist, a must get for multiplayer.)
TMNT 2: Battle Nexus (moderate game if you have 3 or 4 players, meh if on single)

These are the gamecube games i bought when i was younger, and provided me with good memories, i'd say more but you listed about half of them.

The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker, LoZ: Twilight Princess**, LoZ: Four Swords Adventure***, LoZ: Collection****
Ikaruga*
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem*
Super Mario Sunshine
Resident Evil ("REmake")**, Resident Evil 4**
Luigi Mansion
Killer 7*
Pikmin**, Pikmin 2**
Resident Evil 2, Resident Evil 3
Mario Kart: Double Dash
Viewtiful Joe
Metroid Prime**, Metroid Prime 2**
Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes*
Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door

Edit: A few that slipped my mind the first time.
Kirby Air Ride
Soul Calibur 2 (With Link as a bonus character :D)
Sonic Adventure DX, Sonic Aventure 2: Battle

*Haven't played these myself, but I've heard a lot of praise for them.

**Also available for the Nintendo Wii. Up to you which version you want to hunt down, but it's pretty much agreed that the Metroid Prime Trilogy is the best version of those games.

***FSA can be played single player, but the idea behind it is letting up to four people play a Link to the Past style Zelda game. For multiplayer, you'll need to aquire three Gameboy Advances and a cable to attach each as controllers. Never played this one myself either.

****This was a promotional item. It's Ocarina, Majora, and the first two Zeldas on one disc. You'll probably have to look online to find it.
