to be honest I dont really find it worth itfigday said:Sooo, i've been weighing the option on buying a gamepad for PC games such as AssCreed type ones, hack and slash games, sports games. but i kept thinking, will i be using it that often? will it just stay in the corner and eventually be covered in dust until i get a game that fits with one?
And there are tons of options for gamepads today, mostly ppl recommend the xbox ones, because most PC games are console ports and they are 'comfortable and effective'. tbh, i've never been accustomed to the xbox ones, besides the fact that i HATE xbox, is also because i'm more used to playing my friend's playstation.
So, should i get one? will there be games in the future that will fit nicely with gamepads? still a mystery to me.. And whatever the game would be, i feel much more comfortable with keyboard and mouse since i literally grew up with them.
Okay, that last statement just made the texts above rendered useless..lol
So what about you guys?
The ones that has one, what're the pros and cons? Whats a good gamepad?
And those who doesnt, why not buy one? Will you get one eventually?
Or should i just buy a PS3? im a PC fanboy, but PlayStation's exclusives are just awesome!
I had one that was a knock off of an xbox one, I used it for assasins creed 1 and 2 and yeah that game is made for a gamepad, it was nice and to use and everything
however it kind of broke, and I realised that while it was a little annoying at first I was able to use a keyboard/mouse for assins creed so I realised I didnt really need it
plus to me it dosnt seem that many PC games actually suport a gamepad, and if they do they are sometimes the xbox ones...like Im goign to spend that mcuh money on somthign Ill hardly use
but thats just me
