By myself I usually have Ramen and a soda, but when I have a LAN party, its nothing but pizza and Red Bull all night.

But in all seriousness, I don't like to eat while playing, cause that shit is disgusting. However, I do take breaks to make myself nachos in between matches and such if I get hungry ^.^

Depends on the game..games like Earthbound, The DKC Trilogy, or most SNES games will be accompanied by Cup-of-Noodles..and Dr. Pepper. Other games like FPS, RTS, Racers are simply done with nothing more then pizza pockets. I've got stories of how I've survived two days of straight games with 4 things of Cup-of-Noodles.

The best damn weight-loss program I've ever found is an immersive game because I forget to eat until I'm almost delirious from hunger, and then I won't eat all that big of a meal because I just want to get back to the game. I lost eight pounds when I combined a week off from work with buying Shivering Isles last year.

But although the topic of favorite gamer "snacks" has been done, I'm looking for actual MEALS instead here. I do expect to see a lot of foods that can be eaten one-handed, which includes foods like noodles which can be in a bowl and rested on one's lap or against one's chest and still eaten one-handed.
