Yeah, I checked out Just Cause 2, but the best part of Mercs 2 was the co-op, which Just Cause lacks, and we found the glitches to be one of the best parts. How is driving a sports ar at top speed down a sidewalk only for it to suddenly take if into the air while doing 100 barrel rolls per second a BAD thing?Brnin8 said:I would strongly recommend Just Cause two to you then, huge sand box (one of the biggest in any game), plenty of stuff to do, less buggy. I would saw that the only loss from JC2 from Mercs 2 would be a lack of original weapons and vehicles in terms of lulziness, but thats fixed with DLC.Quala said:Mercenaries 2 and Timesplitters. Your name... Are you a Will Smith fan, particularly of him in that movie?Legendsmith said:Just Cause 2.
The voice acting is terrible and the story is meh.
However, you can do crazy stunts, surf on jets, drag enemies behind cars, drag helicopters behind cars, drag cars behind helicopters, drag everything behind jets, blow up many things and heaps of other stuff. All this progresses the game.
I found myself getting frustrated with that game a lot, it was fun, and I'm sure the co-op would be good. When I put the smoke signal down on a flat surface for my tank delivery though, I don't find it funny when he drops it onto the steep hill a decent ways away from my signal, only to watch as it rolls down the hill and gets horribly stuck in a tree...Quala said:Yeah, I checked out Just Cause 2, but the best part of Mercs 2 was the co-op, which Just Cause lacks, and we found the glitches to be one of the best parts. I feel like 'fun' as a descriptor of games doesn't see much use lately, at least in my experience.
