I am not going to flood this with more "Firefly" but:

Chrono Trigger. A proper sequel. None of this Crono Cross stuff. Mind you its a decent game, but it's just not a direct sequel.

Also Actraiser. That game needs to be remade desperately.

Age of Mythology needs a sequel with better graphics (optional) and more civilizations like Japan/China, Persia, Mayan/Aztec, etc.

As far as games go I'll say Vagrant Story and Final Fantasy Tactics need real sequels. I'll second the call for more Rome on HBO as well. That's all I can think of for right now, though I'm sure there's more.

Also,(and I know it's already been said but..) Firefly. I need more of it! I know there was the film and everything but hard as it tried (don't worry Serenity, I still love you) it just didn't squeeze enough out of that universe for me.

They never really embraced the Nextgen age with Blood Money, and a series like Hitman has so much potential in gameplay mechanics.
