I'm not sure how many but I know I've beaten MGS2 the most out of any game.
Next to that would probably be Kingdom Hearts 2.

I'm not sure really. Alot of them, the ones that I replayed the most are probably Wind Waker, Kingdom Hearts 1/2, and Dragon Age but I'm not sure. I usually give all my games another playthrough at one point.

To many to count, especially if you go way back to all the games from like the NES. Granted its not nearly as epic replaying Super Mario Bros. or the original Zelda as many of the longer games.. but I have replayed a shit load of the golden oldies. I even just rebeat Zelda yesterday.

HMMMMMMMMMMMM... let me think, Jedi Knight 2, Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, WindWaker, Sunset Riders, Contra, Metal Slug 1, 2, 3 and 4 (yes beated all those Metal Slugs more than once first alone then with a friend), TimeSplitters 2 and Future Perfect (beat those 2 on co-op with my brother and then with a friend never beten them solo I rented them whenever I wanted multiplayer mayhem!), Castlevania 1 and Aria of Sorrow, and well the list just goes on and on especially with games with Co-Op.
OOH! I almost forgot Star Wars Rogue Squadron 2, first solo in the actual game and then Co-Op on Star Wars Rogue Squadron 3!

Jagged Alliance 2(V1.13)- lost count

I have a game of that series but I've never played it, never called my attention after all GOG.com gave it to me for free because I joined when it still was on BETA, but after hearing that somebody thinks it's good enough to be beaten more than once I might actually download it instead of leaving it in my virtual shelf gathering virtual dust.

I don't typically replay games because I have too many others to play. But I do have a couple. The first is Okami. It's the only one I did voluntarily.

The other would be Ratchet and Clank Future: Tools of Destruction. This is because all my PS3 save datat got deleted and my roommate was watching me play during my second playthrough.

Other than that, I don't replay.

Probably too many to count here, as well. Adding together from the 2600, NES, PSX/2/3, and every computer I've played on from a IIc to current-gen... although, I'll admit that I actually BEAT less of the old (read: completely unforgiving) games than I care to admit.

Well, for the sake of simplicity, let's stick with games from the current gen.

--Top of the heap is Mass Effect 2 with eight complete playthroughs.
--Followed by Mass Effect with five complete and several partial.

The above-mentioned notwithstanding, I rarely play games more than twice. The following got two playthroughs a piece:

--Dragon Age
--HL2 and both episodes.
--Dead Space and Dead Space 2
--GTA4
--Assassin's Creed 2 (second playthrough to experience the whole thing in Italian).
--Uncharted and Uncharted 2
--Star Wars: the Force Unleashed
--COD4
--That Wolverine game by Raven Software.

I'm pretty sure between the ages of 6 and 26 (which I'll be in 2 weeks) I've only ever finished 13 games. I've played tons more, I just don't usually have the attentionspan to make it all the way through.

Replaying a whole game is an honor only for those I really enjoyed.
Max Payne 1&2 and Crysis are the games I've completed so many times I've lost count.
Others are Mass Effect(s), Half Life(s), Far Cry, Dead Space(s), Mafia II, Mirror's Edge, Portal, Soldier of Fortune (1), Portal, Fallout 2, Deus Ex, and Prototype. I'm sure I'm missing a few.

I played Assassin's Creed up to the last part and my PC died and my saves went kaput, so I played it again some time after that and in the checkpoint right before the final fight my PC died again.
I still count it as completed twice.

(I'm also grinding my way through Just Cause 2, conquering the whole map and grabbing all the secrets, and it's horribly time consuming, so I guess I won't replay that one).

The games that I've replayed the most is probably the Baldur's Gate Saga...

There are a few games I've only played once... most of them are just too recent for me to have given them another go.

Every game I own, so....yeah, I'm not counting.
The one I have replayed the most is GTA4 with 34 full game replays-17 of which were constecutive. It was a fifty dollar bet to see who could play the game the most without giving up. I lost. My friend has very little to no life.
