Ugh...
Super Mario Sunshine
Twilight Princess(except for the fishing minigame, which is broken as far as I'm concerned, and that ridiculous ball roll minigame which is pointless except for a lure for the said broken fishing minigame.)
Prince of Persia(2008)
Lego star wars
A Link to the Past
Link's Awakening
That's all that I can think of. Usually I get about 66-75% just playing the game on a regular run and if I like the game I'll try for 100% (I quit if there is a ridiculous or stupid goal that I need to complete though).

007 Nightfire

Got close on Brawl, couldn't quite make it.
I'm almost done with Call of Duty 4, but that online ranking thing takes forever. I'm like 350 hours in and I'm still not quite there.

Can't remember rest, am sure there's more. If I dislike a game I may not even bother beating it, but if I love a game I'll play it to death.

All the Naughty Dog Crash Bandicoot games
Jak 2
Phoenix Wright: Justice for All
Elite Beat Agents
Ty the Tasmanian Tiger
Super Smash Bros. Brawl
Fallout 3 Not sure if this counts, I've done all the quests and the diffrent karma things and all that but by no means have I explored the entire wasteland.
And, for some reason, these are all games I go back and play again

Donkey Kong Country 2 & 3, Super Mario 64, Goldeneye and Banjo Kazooie/Tooie all spring to mind here, back when I was more obsessed with games than I am now. And had a lot more time on my hands.
Excluding Goldeneye, I've completed all of those to 100%, too. I almost try for it, unless it's one of those games with things that can be Lost Forever, then I'm not apt to try again for a long time.

I got 100% completion in Spyro2: Ripto's Rage. I've probably gotten 100% completion in more games than that, I just can't remember them.

I'm not really sure, as games rarely have a completion meter.

I did however get 100% in FFX-2 to get that overpowered outfit.

RE5, Zelda: Ocarina of time, Majora's mask.

Halo 2, Halo 3.

Kudos on Ocarina, I gave up on those damned golden skultulas.
It was really hard and time consuming. Getting the biggoron sword was pretty hard too. Got it on my first try though.
The sword was like a walk in the park compared to the skultulas.

Done Vice City, the perks were cool although it did take a whole summer :p
Majoras Mask, OOT, Goldeneye 007, multiple FF's, CoD4, RE4, and im sure theres some others but cant remember.

I very rarely go for 100% because more often then not it stops being fun and starts being work. I've only completed one game 100%- Bully: Scholarship Edition. I've gotten close on a few others, though:
-SSBM- I think i'm only missing one stage and 7ish trophies
-Gun- All missions and all side quests done, 42/44 gold found. Stopped at like 99.7%.
-Baten Kaitos: EW&TLO- Did all the side quests, got about 2/3 of the cards.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune. 100% but the amount of times i had to replay it made it boring.

i've done a few, but the two that come to mind right now are gta 3 (fucking hidden packages) and spiderman 2. i had a lot of fun finding everything in that game, just due to the web-slinging element!

Every Ratchet and Clank game so far (The ones by Insomniac at least...) Ever since getting 100% in Going Commando I've felt obligated to do so in the series.

Also Vice City was a bit of a chore...

I have a hard time remembering if I've gotten 100% on anything. Except for recently. I drilled through a strategy guide of Zelda: Twilight Princess to finish the Poe mission and find all the hidden places, as well as catching the big fish. I remember it was very tedious and it was one game where, after doing everything, I feel like I accomplished nothing. Getting unlimited money just wasn't satisfying at the end of the game. Yes, I could use it to make myself temporarily invincible with the gold armor, but that wouldn't last all the way through the Ganondorf battle. And by the end of the game I'd practically already collected all chests. If only they gave me something worthwhile by having me get all of those damned poes, such as a sword even better than the ultimate sword.

Most of the time I am too tired by the game's length to have any urge at all to go the extra mile. I tried with FF7, but could not grind the life out of me to beat the Weapons. I tried with WildArms3, but gave up on the Abyss because it was impractical. The only two real games I'm still trying to get everything on are Way of the Samurai and the original Monster Rancher.

Edit - oh, and ChronoTrigger. I haven't gotten all the endings, but that wont stop me from trying. That game was brilliant on all levels.
