Suspicions confirmed? About what, owning a 360 and a PS3 at the same time?

Killzone 2 suffers from the same thing as every CryTek game suffers from-Pretty graphics, but that's all you get. Killzone 2 looks great, but the gameplay and story are...Ugh.

Resistance 1 was one of the most boring campaigns I've ever played, and it was ugly to boot-I can't say much about the multiplayer, since I never enjoyed it enough to play it often. I don't own Resistance 2, so I can't say much about that.

No suspicions of you playing the 360 more than your PS3. Being a prime example of this. I had a 360 and a PS3 and since I preferred my PS3 my disposition to it was much higher. This even involves my PC. I prefer playing my PS3 over a PC. Sorry for the confusion.

KZ2's story was shit, but the online play was tons of fun.
RFOM being ugly? For being the opening FPS for the PS3 it was/is pretty damn good looking. Looking at it as an aspiring 3d modeler the game is full of detail and looks amazing, especially the chimera.

Fair enough. Don't confuse preference with fanboyism though-I haven't been a fanboy since Nintendo announced the Wii.

I don't consider a game with graphics like this:

to be good looking. However, as you mentioned, it was a release title, so my perception of it is likely skewed (I didn't own a PS3 at release, I brought it early last year). I'd certainly consider it ugly by today's standards, though.

tho I think Demon's Souls will be great mind that if you arent much a of a rpg person then it wont be really for you unless your wiling to try something new... The game is said to be really good from what poeple who got the imported version has said and that the game is really hard...

Yes that image isn't that fabulous but good for when it came out, and if you can ignore that mowing down chimera with a shit load of weapons with a friend is always fun.

Occasionally, there are games that look better on the PS3 than 360. But most of the time, they're the same, visually.

Try Infamous. I played it once, and it was good fun.

There is just something wrong with how games look on the 360 in general.

Killzone 2 and Unchartedrakes Fortune are both good games.

The Ratchet & Clank series has always been fun, and Tools of Destruction was no exception. I'm assuming the new one will be good too, and it's coming out later this month, so you might as well give it a try.
